Return and Refund Policy

Kirwin Wood Co. does not offer returns or refunds on products.

If your product experiences a problem due to manufacturing or production, Kirwin Wood Co. may be able to offer you an exchange for a product of ‘like kind and quality.’

Any “care products” (cutting board oil, cutting board wax, and similar products) may not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

Customized products (laser engraving, CNC cut/milled, etc.) cannot be returned.

Terms & Conditions

All sales final.

Many items are “Built to Order” and aren’t shipped from a shelf of stock. As such, time frames from order to shipping vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work loads and current production volume.

  These coasters are absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent, and you can tell a lot of care went into making them. The wood choices and grain patterns really stand out. I’m very happy with them and they are something I’ll enjoy using every day. I highly recommend Kirwin Wood.

  If you like thoughtful, intentional, and practical gifts for others (or yourself😉) then go with Kirwin Wood Company! They have done several projects for us, including a custom frame, a bread knife, custom lamp base, personalized coasters, and a custom knife handle.   LOVE LOVE LOVVVVE this knife...AND my Lakers colors, to boot! Thank you, Kirwin Wood Co! The work these guys do is so intricate and detailed between the actual box they make and send it in, and the knife itself is SOOO well made! Amazing, Amazing work.   Very communicative, friendly, and professional guy. I was looking for a quote on table leg replacements, and I was very impressed with how he handled his business. He was very polite and easy to get in touch with. Though I didn't go forward with the project, I still think I received a fair quote for what I wanted considering the hours of work it would have taken.   Just received my new Sarge pocket knife from Kirwin: Excellent craftsmanship, custom Bird's Eye Maple handle in a bright finish, stainless steel blade in a satin finish, very smooth mechanism. I look forward to a long relationship with this knife!
